haha..its the first time for me going to California Fitness Gym at Orchard today..woke up..and get pack my bag for gym...meet chuan around 1pm++ at the bus-stop near old chang kee and also grab a bite at old chang kee first before exercising..haha..any food consume before exercising is good ..as we will burn the food we eaten when exercising..but..the question is..do we exercise?????

well the ans is yes..haha..exercise for 10mins for every machine..actually not every machine..some..u think what?!..every ??!!..mad arh..haha..anyway...after perpiring a few drops of sweat..haha..how can count sweat?!..watever..we head to the toilet and have a bath..

guys will surely like this as in the female changing room..i and chuan was like so damn shocked when we see naked woman walking around us..haha..not walking actually..some of these women just change their clothes in front of us..i was like OMG..wat if suddenly there is guy like tecnicion who come to repair things?!..some more they nv wear bra sia..but also because their boobs are small..that's y they dont care..hahah..then chuan and i went to have our bath..the place there is well equipped ..have shampoo, shower creame and conditioner dispenser..there is also cottom buds, hand and body lotion and also hair dryer..not bad...not bad at all...

after our bath..in our towel..we plop into the sauna room...omg!!..its so freaking hot..65 c..can u believe in..anyway..only be in the room for 10 mins..too hot for me to tahan..haha..then plop into the next room which is the steam room..it was damn full of steam..then we sit and chatted..then suddenly there's this noisy sound and the room become hotter and more misty...wtf..of all places..y must the hot mist come from under our seat where we our legs are dangling?!..haiz..so we freak out and quickly put our legs on the chair..well.. hot air rises u see..thats y the hot air some from under the seat..hiaz..then after a while then we started realising that our skin are turning red like lobster..haha..even chuan perlini silver started the first stage of rusting...hehehe..do wat some more?!..get out of the room lah...haha..wah once we step out of the steam room..i can BREATH man...so shiok..haha..then change into our working clothes and go to work..
