woke up in the morning ..then meet up with chuan to go to california fitness gym again..do some exercise with the machines there ..did not do much though..after exercise for a while..we change into the correct attire and plop into the sauna room..seat there for around 20 mins..then went into the steam room..went in there for only 5 mins as me and chuan find it hard to breath..not like last 2 days where we spend quite a while in there..so did not get our skins to be lobster red..then after that meet up with hong kiat and suriani..eat at sakura at far east plazathen went home taking bus..
